Privacy Policy

What I collect

The only personal information this site collects is what you choose to give me through the contact form: your name, email address, and whatever you tell me about your occasion (type, date, venue, and your message). There are no accounts, no newsletter sign-up, and no cookies or analytics tracking your visit.

How I use it

Contact form submissions are used for exactly one thing: replying to your enquiry and, if we go ahead, planning and delivering your flowers. I don't use your details for marketing, and I don't sell or share them with anyone outside of what's needed to run the form itself (below).

Who else sees it

The contact form is handled by Web3Forms, a third-party form service that delivers your message straight to my email inbox. They process the submission only to route it to me. See their own privacy policy for details on how they handle that.

This site's map is built with OpenStreetMap, which loads map imagery directly from OpenStreetMap's servers when you view a page with a map on it. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Neither is used for tracking, but visiting a page that uses them does mean your browser makes a request to their servers in the normal way any embedded resource works.

How long I keep it

I keep enquiry emails for as long as is reasonably useful. Generally while we're planning your occasion, and for a period afterwards for my own records (for example, warranty or dispute purposes). If you'd like your information deleted sooner, just ask.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you can ask me what personal information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email [email protected] and I'll sort it out. If you're not happy with how I've handled your information, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
